Overview
This website and online store are operated by HoHeit. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HoHeit.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of this website and the purchase of products from HoHeit. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to customers.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
1. Access and Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly according to screen settings, lighting, materials and production methods.
Measurements may vary within reasonable production tolerances. Product-specific materials, sizing, care instructions and production information are displayed on the relevant product page.
We may update, limit or discontinue products without notice. Limited products may become unavailable before the stated end of a sales period.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and successfully process payment.
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised, an item is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, delivery information cannot be verified, or fulfilment would breach applicable law or carrier restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised resale may result in an order being refused or cancelled where permitted by law.
4. Pricing, Payment and Taxes
Prices are displayed on product pages and may vary according to region and selected currency. The final price, shipping charge and any taxes collected by HoHeit are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Payment is taken when the order is confirmed using a payment method displayed at checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country or region. These charges are not collected by HoHeit unless expressly stated at checkout.
5. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Ready-made items are normally dispatched within 7 business days. Made-to-order items are normally dispatched within 7–14 business days. A different production period will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
HoHeit remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer, except where the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by HoHeit.
If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, the customer should contact HoHeit. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution where required.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Eligible items may be returned by contacting us within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
If an order needs to be cancelled or modified, the customer should contact us immediately. We may be able to assist before production or fulfilment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins or the order has been dispatched.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits statutory cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights available under applicable consumer law.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original content on this website, including text, photographs, video, graphics, logos, designs, product artwork and editorial material, is owned by or licensed to HoHeit and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially use this content without prior written permission from HoHeit or the relevant rights holder.
Third-party names, music, artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party Services and Links
The website may include services or links provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, Spotify and social media platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HoHeit is not responsible for third-party content or services, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Reviews, Feedback and User Content
If you submit feedback, reviews, photographs or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.
We will not use customer photographs or other creative content for advertising without permission. Feedback may be used to improve our products and services.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use this website:

11. Accuracy and Availability
We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or other website content.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include reconfirming or cancelling the affected order and issuing a refund.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, but this does not affect obligations relating to an accepted order.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoHeit is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss resulting from use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders and provide related services.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be applied only to the extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the country or region in which the consumer lives, where those protections apply.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its update date will be displayed on this page.
Changes will not reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless permitted by applicable law.
